Haitham is a seasoned entrepreneur, corporate executive, and non-profit founder and executive director with over 15 years of experience in Lebanon and abroad. He has forged significant connections across private, public, and non-profit sectors, showcasing expertise in software, talent management, agribusiness, e-commerce, education, rural development, startup acceleration, and community services.

Passionate about designing innovative solutions, Haitham focuses on community engagement, youth advancement, SME support, and sustainable development.

He dedicates time to mentor young entrepreneurs, coach social and tech startups, and provide career counseling to individuals transitioning between sectors, ensuring readiness for the evolving landscape of work.

A firm advocate for community contributions, Haitham actively participates in charitable and professional organizations. His dedication extends to supporting women in business and advocating for women’s economic empowerment, evident in his membership with the Lebanese League for Women in Business.

Haitham takes pride in being a father to two remarkable daughters. Beyond his professional pursuits, he finds joy in swimming, traveling, and immersing himself in nature.

Haitham has participated in several business trips as a delegate from Lebanon to participate in major events and programs, some of them took place in Montreal, London, Paris, Philippines, Dubai and the United States.

He took part at many local and international events, competitions and conferences as speaker, panelist or jury member on topics related to youth, entrepreneurship and rural development.

In 2019, Haitham was invited by ESCWA to deliver a keynote speech at the International Youth Day Conference at ESCWA to share his successful journey as a community developer and social entrepreneur with hundreds of youth, and key stakeholders.
